Racheal is the founder and owner of Organik Laser & Beauty, and founder of Organik Beauty Academy!
Organik is a results-driven skin and beauty clinic built on passion, integrity, and genuine care. As an experienced beauty trainer, Rache is deeply committed to educating and mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals while delivering exceptional results for her clients. With years of hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments, brows, lashes, Cosmetic Tattoo and laser services, Rache prides herself on creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel confident and cared for. Her approach blends expertise, safety, and heart, ensuring every treatment and training reflects the Organik standard of excellence.
ASH
Beauty Therapist / Lash & Brow Artist
Ash is a passionate and dedicated beauty therapist at Organik Laser & Beauty, with a strong foundation in lashes and brows and a growing focus on advanced skin treatments. Holding a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Ash is continuously expanding her skills and knowledge under the guidance of Racheal, ensuring every client receives safe, high-quality, and personalised care. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she takes pride in helping clients feel relaxed, confident, and supported throughout their treatments. Ash works Thursdays and Fridays and is committed to delivering beautiful results while continuing to grow within the industry.
DEMI
Beauty Therapist / Lash & Brow Artist
Demi is a passionate beauty therapist in training at Organik Laser & Beauty, currently studying her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at TAFE QLD. She has a strong interest in lashes, brows, and skin and is building her confidence and skills through hands-on experience under the guidance of senior therapist Racheal. Demi is known for her gentle nature, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail, ensuring every client feels comfortable and cared for during their treatment. As she continues her journey in the beauty industry, Demi is committed to delivering beautiful results while growing her knowledge and technique in a supportive, professional environment.
GABI
Skin Therapist
Gabi is a dedicated skin therapist at Organik Laser & Beauty, bringing a strong background in beauty from Brazil, where she developed a deep appreciation for skin health, advanced treatments, and holistic care. With a passion for results-driven skin therapies, Gabi focuses on personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns. Known for her calm, nurturing nature and attention to detail, she creates a comfortable and supportive experience for every client. Gabi continues to expand her skills under the guidance of Racheal, combining her international beauty knowledge with Organik’s high standards to deliver exceptional skin results.

We’re excited to welcome Jen, our experienced cosmetic nurse and owner of La Jouvence, to Organik Laser & Beauty. Jen specialises in IV vitamin drips, injectable treatments, and advanced men’s hair growth solutions, offering results-driven care with a strong focus on safety and wellbeing. With a medical background and a passion for helping clients feel their best from the inside out, Jen delivers personalised treatments tailored to individual goals. Jen will be available in clinic Thursdays and Fridays, providing professional, rejuvenating treatments designed to support vitality, confidence, and overall wellness.
