Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and No Mascara. If you arrive to your appointment with dirty lashes, your Lash Perm won’t be as effective.
Although we do a Quick cleanse before your treatment - We do NOT do deep cleanses enough to remove your mascara.
Please also ensure you are arriving to your appointment on time. Our Salons are very busy so we can only allow a grace period of no longer than 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will have to reschedule.

Brow Lamination
- Apply brow balm or castor oil daily.
- Be gentle with your brows; no rubbing.
- Do not get your brows wet for the first 24 hrs.
- Do not use harsh products on your brows.
- Use of Sauna/Steam is possible after 24hrs but may weaken the effect of the lift.
- No brow make up for 24 hours.
- Swimming should be avoided for at least 24hrs.
- No other facial beauty treatments for 24hrs.
Lash Lift
The great thing about a Lash Lift is that it is a very low maintenance procedure however, there is a little extra care required over the first 24-48hrs.
- Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing.
- Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hrs.
- Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes.
- Use of Sauna/Steam is possible after 24hrs but may weaken the effect of the lift.
- No eye make up for 24 hours.
- Avoid waterproof mascara’s.
- Swimming should be avoided for at least 24hrs.
- No other facial beauty treatments for 24hrs.

Frequently Asked Questions about our Lash & Brow treatments
No, Lash lifting products are quite safe. We use brands that are vegan, cruelty free, and free from harsh chemicals.
however, if you get the treatment done by an unqualified therapist, there is a high risk they may frizzle your natural lashes during treatment due to incorrect placement of the lashes, and incorrect placement of the solutions used during the treatment.
If you are not happy with your results, we will do a complementary lash lift for you.
If you don't like the look at all, your results will only last 6-8 weeks so it will eventually wear off.
Lash Lifts last anywhere between 6-8 weeks. The more frequent you get the treatment, the longer it can last which will end up between 8-12 weeks.
yes, but we recommend waiting 2-4 days after your lash lift treatment, and there's no need to clamp the lashes tightly with the curler.
If you are not happy with your brow lamination results, we will do a complimentary brow lamination for you.
If you don't like the look, your brow lamination will wear off after 4 -6 weeks.
Allergic reactions are rare, but do happen.
During your treatment, if you feel uncomfortable, let let us know. We can visibly see the skin when it is irritated, so we would remove the products asap.

Some clients have reported their brows lasting for 12 weeks by really looking after them.
Tips on aftercare.
- Brush your brows and apply castor oil for nourishment every morning.
- Brush your brows every night after a shower.
