At Organik Laser & Beauty, your comfort and results are our top priorityβeven after you leave the chair. Every beauty treatment deserves proper aftercare to ensure your skin stays healthy, your results last longer, and your natural beauty shines through.
We provide personalized aftercare guidance for every service, whether itβs a soothing facial, Eyelash Extensions, precision waxing, advanced skin treatments, or Laser. By following our expert tips and recommendations, youβll enjoy the best possible outcome with minimal downtime.
- Keep your Eyelashes dry for the next 24hrs.
- Avoid saunas for the next 24hrs.
- Avoid excess sweating/gym for the next 24hrs.
- Avoid oil-based products on your face.
- Do NOT use mascara/waterproof mascara at all while you have eyelash extensions on.
- Do not use an eyelash curler.
- Do not rub, pick or pull at your eyelash extensions.
- Gently Brush your eyelashes in the morning and at night before bed.
Clients who sit there and pick and pull at their lashes should consider an alternative to eyelash extensions.Β RememberΒ - Lash Techs know when you have been picking and pulling at them because your natural lashes are either snapped in half, or your natural lashes have been pulled out with the eyelash extensions. This is an unhealthy habit and will result in costing you a fortune as lash techs will charge you for A full set again if you have less than 40% of eyelash extension left remaining on your next visit.
There are some things in life that just donβt mix. In this case, weβre talking humidity and lash adhesive.Β Thatβs because extreme humidity can cause the adhesive holding your extensions perfectly in place to weaken. When this happens, the adhesive can become brittle and/or cause a clumpy lash line.
Remember most eyelash extension materials are made from this plastic-like fibre so it can melt from extreme heat.
Please see a trained eyelash technician to have your Eyelash Extensions removed if you no longer wish to have them on. Pulling them out yourself can result in damaging your natural lashes.
The great thing about a Lash Lift is that it is a very low maintenance procedure however, there is a little extra care required over the first 24-48hrs.
- Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing.

Foods to Avoid After Teeth Whitening Treatment
- Going through the procedure will cost you money, so you want to make sure the stunning result will last a long time. The first 48 hours after the treatment is critical. So you need to be more aware of your food intake as there are certain types ofΒ FoodΒ that discolour your teeth. Avoid them during this time.
These include but are not limited to the following:
- Tea and coffee.Β These brews can stain your teeth instantly
- Dark-coloured sauces.Β Avoid red pasta sauce, soy sauce, barbecue sauce
- Fruit juice.
- Dark chocolate could stain your teeth
- Acidic food.Β Lemons, oranges, and other citrus fruits should be avoided. These are acidic or sour foods can weaken your enamel
As a general rule of thumb, donβt eat any food or have any drink that will stain a white shirt for 48 hours after teeth whitening.
If you must insist on drinking coffee or soda or other dark-coloured drinks,Β just use a straw instead of sipping directly from your mug.Β By using a straw, the liquid will not come in contact with your teeth.Β
First 24β48 Hours After Treatment

Keep the skin cool and calm
The first 24 hours after your microdermabrasion are the most important when it comes to ensuring the best possible results. Avoid anything that raises your body temperature, such as hot showers, sauna, steam rooms and exercise for the first day after treatment. You need to keep your skin cool and calm, so apply a soothing gel if needed.

Stay hydrated
The products used during your microdermabrasion will work to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. Maintain your skinβs plump, fresh and hydrated appearance by ensuring you drink plenty of water after your treatment.
Donβt pick at your skin
Both our High Performance and Diamond Microdermabrasions include a customised skin peel that helps to rapidly improve your skinβs texture and tone. It works by removing the outermost layer of the Epidermis (skin) and accelerates skin turn over. So, itβs common to experience some peeling of the skin after microdermabrasion. Avoid picking or peeling the skin. If you had a Jessner peel, do not wet your skin for 12 hours after treatment.
Stay sun safe
A microdermabrasion removes dead skin, revealing the soft, new skin underneath. This new skin is particularly susceptible to the harmful rays of the sun. For sun safety and protection, as always, continue to apply your SPF 50+ sunscreen every four hours after a microdermabrasion β especially when outside. We recommend using Β ASAP SPF 50+ moisturiser As itβs silky, lightweight finish that does not leave residue like traditional sunscreen.
