Follow these essential tips to keep your lashes looking beautiful

Avoid Water for 24 Hours

Keep your lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

No Oil-Based Products

Avoid oil-based makeup removers, cleansers, and mascara as they can break down the lash adhesive.

Gentle Cleansing

Use a lash-safe cleanser and gently pat dry. Avoid rubbing or pulling on your extensions.

Brush Daily

Gently brush your lashes with a clean spoolie brush each morning to keep them looking fluffy and separated.

Avoid Excessive Heat

Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and direct heat sources which can weaken the adhesive bond.

Sleep on Your Back

Try to sleep on your back to prevent crushing your lashes and extend their lifespan.

Aftercare Timeline

First 24 Hours

Keep lashes completely dry. Avoid steam, water, and touching your eyes.

24-48 Hours

Continue to avoid steam. The adhesive is still curing during this period.

3 Day Policy

We will fix your lashes for free within the first 3 days of initial appointment if you lose more than 10% of your lashes. Anything outside of our 3 day policy will result in a fee.

Ongoing Care

Book refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. Brush daily and cleanse regularly.

Why do some lashes fall out?

Natural lashes shed daily, so extensions attached to those lashes will shed too — this is normal.

Yes — styles can be customised such as classic, wet set, hybrid, wispy, volume, or fuller sets depending on your preference.
Who are mini infills for?

Mini infills are designed to fill only a small number of gaps. If more than a mini infill is needed, a standard infill price will apply.
