Treatment Policies
- All treatments over $200 require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, this amount will be deducted off your total treatment price. If you fail to pay the deposit by due date (3 days before your appointment), your appointment will be given to a client on our waitlist.
To be fairΒ - We are a very busy salon with clients on our waitlist, deposits are a security payment in case you decide to not show up or you forget about your appointment. We are a small business and we need to keep our business running.
If you cancel your appointment outside of our 6 hour required cancelation policy, we will keep your deposit as we have lost money by not being able to replace your appointment in time.
In the case of an unfortunate eventΒ - we will give you your deposit back.
- Please try arrive to your appointment at least 5mins early so you can fill out a client consultation form.
Our salon allows a grace period of 15mins for you to arrive to your appointment, we do understand the traffic can be horrendous that's why we allow the 15min grace period. If you show up to your appointment more than 15 mins late, unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment as this starts to cut into the next clients time, and this is not fair on the next person. We also take pride in the work we do and it wouldn't be fair on you or our staff to have to rush your treatment.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. If you show up to Organik Laser & Beauty with obvious signs of being unwell, then we will help you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- Your children are welcome to come along to your appointment, but they are your responsibility. Children are NOT permitted in any Laser appointments for safety reasons.
- Please treat our staff with respect, we do not tolerate rude behaviour or any form of bullying from our clients. Please remember we are at your service and our aim is to look after you. Organik Laser & Beauty take pride in all treatments we provide you and we want you to leave our salon feeling nothing but Amazing.

- Please come to your appointment with clean Lashes if you have booked in for eyelash extensions or a lash perm.
- If you lose more than 20% of your eyelash extensions within 3 days of application, please let us know within this time frame in order for us to fix them for free. Anything outside of the 3 days, you will be charged accordingly.
- Organik Laser & Beauty are not responsible for your eyelash extensions falling out if you wear a lot of oily makeup and eye makeup.
- For laser hair removal, please shave 24-48hrs before your appointment. Please don't turn up to your appointment with fake tan, sunburn skin or Pregnant or we will have to reschedule your appointment.
