Appointment Policy

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling depending on the service booked.
Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, as running late can affect the timing of other clients and reduce the quality of your treatment. In some cases, if you call to let us know you are running late, we can assess whether there is still sufficient time to proceed with your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our schedule.
No Show Policy

No-shows to appointments will result in a strike recorded against your name. After 3 no-shows, future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. If you fail to attend a booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. We kindly ask that if you no longer require your appointment, you let us know as early as possible, as not attending without notice is unfair to other clients on our long waitlist and also impacts our small business, as reserved appointment times cannot always be filled at short notice.
Client Consultation Policy

A full client consultation is required before any treatment is performed at Organik Laser & Beauty. All clients must complete and sign the relevant consultation and consent form prior to treatment. This allows us to assess your suitability, discuss medical history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

For your safety, we do not perform any treatment without a completed and signed consultation form. In some cases, patch testing may also be required before treatment can proceed.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional beauty and skin services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments. If concerns arise, we encourage clients to contact us so we can review and support where appropriate.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or future booking restrictions.
Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

All client information, consultation forms, treatment notes, and photographs remain confidential. Photos are only taken or shared with client permission.
Right to Refuse Treatment

At Organik Laser & Beauty, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment for both our clients and our team. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service or treatment if a client displays disrespectful behaviour, rudeness, aggression, inappropriate conduct, or behaviour that makes staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
We also reserve the right to decline treatment where contraindications, safety concerns, or unsuitable treatment conditions are present.
Respectful Environment

We maintain a respectful and professional clinic environment. We kindly ask all clients to treat staff and other clients with courtesy.
Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to therapist assessment on the day of your appointment. If there are contraindications, recent medications, skin sensitivities, infections, pregnancy considerations, or health concerns that may affect treatment safety or results, treatment may be adjusted, postponed, or declined.
Aftercare Responsibility

Aftercare instructions are provided following treatment. Following your aftercare is essential to support healing, retention, and best treatment results.
Treatment Results

Results vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, health factors, and treatment response. While we aim for excellent outcomes, no treatment can guarantee identical results for every client.
Mobile Phones

We aim to maintain a calm and relaxing clinic environment. We kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during treatments where possible.
Children in Clinic

For safety and to maintain a calm treatment environment, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times. Some treatments may not be suitable to perform while supervising children.
