Parking Information
Please allow extra time when arriving for your appointment, as parking can currently be difficult due to the light rail construction along the Gold Coast Highway. We recommend arriving a little earlier to secure parking. Nearby parking is often available on Peerless Avenue, Sunbrite Avenue, Cronulla Avenue, and Surf Street, which is directly across from our clinic. Thank you for allowing extra time and planning ahead.
What happens if I am running late to my appointment?
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment to allow the full treatment to be completed as booked. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment.

Do you offer refunds?
At Organik Laser & Beauty, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments, services, or deposits, as treatment time and professional products are reserved specifically for each client.
If you have any concerns following your appointment, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can review your treatment and provide appropriate support where needed.
Treatment results can vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, health factors, and individual response.
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
For safety, comfort, and to maintain a calm treatment environment, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times while in the clinic. Some treatments involve sharp tools, lasers, clinical equipment, and require full therapist concentration, which may not be suitable while supervising children during your appointment.
To ensure your treatment can be performed safely and without interruption, we recommend arranging care for young children where possible during longer or advanced treatments.

Do I need to book an appointment once I purchase a Voucher from Groupon?
Yes, once you purchase your voucher through Groupon, you can book your treatment online via our website. When you come in for your appointment, we simply scan your Groupon QR code on arrival. Please make sure you bring the QR code with you on the day of your treatment.
What happens if my Groupon Voucher is about to expire and I haven't made an appointment yet?
If your Groupon voucher is close to expiring, please book your appointment as soon as possible through our website so we can secure your treatment before the expiry date. Your Groupon QR code must still be valid when you attend, as expired vouchers usually cannot be redeemed. We simply scan your QR code when you arrive for your appointment.
Alternatively - you can take a screenshot of the voucher and send it to us and we can redeem it for you before it expires, then you can book an appointment with us without the stress of an expired voucher.
If I no longer want to make an appointment but I purchased a Groupon Voucher, Can you give me a refund on my voucher?
No, unfortunately we’re unable to refund Groupon vouchers directly through our business, as all Groupon payments are processed through Groupon. If you no longer wish to make an appointment, you will need to contact Groupon directly regarding their refund policy and voucher terms.
I was gifted a Groupon Voucher, what do I do?
If you were gifted a Groupon voucher, you can still use it the same way as any purchased voucher. Simply book your treatment online via our website and bring the Groupon QR code with you to your appointment so we can scan it on arrival.
