I just had my first appointment at the organik laser for an skin needling and OMG Rachel is sooo sweet and so good at what she does. I have had three skin needling sessions in the past in different clinics but never had one of like this before. Five stars for Rachel and the clinic ✨💝. So looking forward to do my next two appointments !!

I have got the Deluxe Classic eyelashes on two separate occasions. The quality was outstanding, lasting me a fair few months and I am very rough with my eyes. Very impressive service.

Where do I park?
Please allow extra time when arriving for your appointment, as parking can currently be difficult due to the light rail construction along the Gold Coast Highway. We recommend arriving a little earlier to secure parking. Nearby parking is often available on Peerless Avenue, Sunbrite Avenue, Cronulla Avenue, and Surf Street, which is directly across from our clinic. Thank you for allowing extra time and planning ahead.
What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?
We understand that delays can happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, as running late can affect the timing of other clients and reduce the quality of your treatment. In some cases, if you call to let us know you are running late, we can assess whether there is still sufficient time to proceed with your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our schedule.
What happens if I don't show up to my appointment?
No-shows to appointments will result in a strike recorded against your name. After 3 no-shows, future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. If you fail to attend a booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. We kindly ask that if you no longer require your appointment, you let us know as early as possible, as not attending without notice is unfair to other clients on our long waitlist and also impacts our small business, as reserved appointment times cannot always be filled at short notice.
