Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and No Mascara. If you arrive to your appointment with dirty lashes, your Eyelash extensions will not adhere to your natural lashes which will cause retention issues.
Although we do a Quick cleanse before every new set & infill - We do NOT do deep cleanses enough to remove your mascara.
Please also ensure you are arriving to your appointment on time. Our Salons are very busy so we can only allow a grace period of no longer than 10 minutes. If you are more than 10mins late, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will have to reschedule.
