Rudeness - Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy will not tolerate any rude comments, rude attitudes or being spoken down to by any students, If you choose to be unkind toward your trainer or any other student, you will be given a warning, and if you continue to behave this way, you will be asked to leave. 

Respect - Respect toward one another and our trainers is Essential in our salon. 

Timing - All students are required to show up on time, if you are running late, please contact our salon so we are aware of what is going on, also so we know that your ok. 

No Shows - If you do not show up to your course, you will be asked to finish in your own time. You will not be refunded as you have cost our business time and money for securing your spot in the course, and also the money we would have spent in materials and your kit. 
if an emergency has occurred, then we will negotiate a partial refund. 

Mobile phones - We don’t mind if you have your phone close by, but please have your phone on silent during your course.

• A 20% deposit must be paid before we can secure your training dates.
• All Courses must be paid in full 2 weeks before commencement date.

This allows us enough time to send you your Welcome pack, kit and learning booklet. You must read your Training booklet before start date. All the information in booklets gives you model times, a little knowledge on the course and other useful information needed for the course duration.  
All courses at Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy are non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, changing your mind before or during the course, or, cancelling your booked course. In the event you are unable to attend the course dates you are enrolled for, we will offer you alternative dates to reschedule. 
Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy require 2 weeks notice in order to do this, giving us the opportunity to offer other waiting students your space on the course. Rescheduled courses are to be re-booked and completed within 8 weeks of the original course date. Late cancellations of your course dates may incur a fee.

For the safety of clients and for the reputation of Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy and our industry, We take certification of completion very seriously. Certification is not guaranteed and is only given upon satisfactory completion of required models. Whilst almost all of Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy students complete the course and leave with their certification of completion, in the unlikely event students are not at the level of industry standards, Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy trainers have the right to hold back on signing students off and request additional training is undertaken.

If you are with a job provider, they may be able to help assist with funding for this course. 

• Please dress appropriately, you will be dealing with clients, so presentation on your appearance is important for our Salon. 
  

• Please wear closed in shoes, this is for health & safety purposes. 
  

• Hair should be tied back as you will be hovering over clients. 

If you want to study with a friend, Organik Beauty & Aesthetic Academy will offer you both a 10% discount to study the course together. (That’s a 20% discount between the both of you)

You will receive a kit with most of our courses, there will be enough in your kit to get you going with 5 clients or more outside of your course, before you have to start buying your own stock.

With the Beauty industry growing, and the demand for people who can provide beauty treatments through the roof, there’s plenty of opportunities to get your own beauty business going, but how do you get yourself out there?

We cover all the essential information, such as setting up an ABN, insurance, creating a brand for yourself, pricing your services and getting new clients!

Once you become qualified, you can leave your course and start treating clients straight away. You will have enough products in your kit to do up to 5 or more clients (minus the clients you treat during the course)

We understand things can happen, people get sick or your children need attending to. No Stress - If you miss a day of training, you will be required to catch up on the day you missed in your own time before we can issue you your certificate.

Sometimes we all need that little extra training to get our technique right. Organik Training Academy will be with you all the way through your training. Once you have completed your course and you still feel like you need help, please contact us so we can help you with anything you need. 

Our Beginners Eyelash Extension Course will have you leaving the course feeling confident!

This can happen during your course, sometimes models just don't turn up or they run very late. 

Organik Training Academy require you to do 4 x models in order to complete your course and receive your certificate. If your model does a No show, then you will have to complete a model at home and send us your completed work at organiktrainingacademy@gmail.com

I have my cert 4 in Training and Assessment, But some beauty courses only require a Certificate of Completion as some beauty requirements in the industry are not regulated in QLD.

As a trainer, I have 5 years of experience in the beauty industry and hold recognised qualifications in 

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy

- Nationally Recognised qualification in Eyelash Extensions 

- Qualification in hair & makeup 

- Full licence with Queensland Health for Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Superficial capillary reduction and Tattoo Removal. 

- Qualified Cosmetic Tattoo artist and Microblading.

- Qualifications in all Body Contouring treatments 

If you wake up sick on the day of your course and provide a medical certificate, we can offer you another course start date, which will be with another class that have booked in for the next dates. 

We understand sickness can happen and we will accommodate the best we can when it comes to providing you with your training.
