APPOINTMENTS
Please, arrive at your appointment on time. For the safety of our clients and our team, our waiting area will be available for you to come in and take a seat till someone is available to attend to you.
NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive 5mins early to fill in a consultation formβ.
RUNNING LATE, NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Your appointments are very important to Organik Laser & Beauty, theyβre reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully requestΒ 6 hours noticeΒ for cancellations. Sometimes we require a valid credit card on file for purposes of guaranteeing your reservation. Please be sure to provide us with updated emails and phone numbers.
- Our salon allows a grace period of 15mins for you to arrive to your appointment, we do understand the traffic can be horrendous that's why we allow the 15min grace period. If you show up to your appointment more than 15 mins late, unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment as this starts to cut into the next clients time, and this is not fair on the next person. We also take pride in the work we do and it wouldn't be fair on you or our staff to have to rush your treatment.
- βIf you cancel or modify your appointmentΒ with less than 6 hours noticeΒ it is considered a βLate Cancellationβ andΒ will result in a charge of 50%Β of the scheduled service(s).Β

- If youΒ are running late, and a modification of your appointment is required, Please call our salon so we can see if we will have time to do your appointment before the next client is due for their appointment. PLEASE NOTE - we cant guarantee you a modification of your appointment, but if you call us we can let you know if this is possible at that time.

- If you donβt show or cancelΒ within 6 hoursΒ of the scheduled appointment, youΒ will be charged 50%Β of the service price.Β

- We require aΒ 50% deposit for all ServicesΒ overΒ $200.Β The deposit will be applied towards your services on the day of your appointment.Β This deposit isΒ non-refundableΒ in the event of a cancellation or rescheduleΒ within the requested 6-hourΒ time frame. If youΒ cancel your appointment in advanceΒ (at least 6 hours priorΒ to the appointment originally booked),Β please email usΒ atΒ organiklaserandbeauty@gmail.comΒ to get your deposit refund.

- We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. As a courtesy, we will send you to confirm you appointment via email and text 24 hours in advance of the appointment.Β By doing so, you are agreeing and accepting the above terms.Β Please,Β respond to confirmΒ your appointment! Additionally, a reminder text will also be sent to you 24 hours in advance.
- We recognize the time of our guests and ours is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

MULTIPLE RESCHEDULING
Any more than 3 late cancellations or 3 no-shows in a 12-months period may result in no longer being able to receive any services at Organik Laser & Beauty.

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS OUTSIDE SALON REGULAR HOURS
For appointments outside of our services providers regular scheduling hours, a 20% charge will be implemented!

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of service. If you are having challenges with your treatment, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to accommodate you with no additional charge.
Eyelash extension are within a 3 day policy. This does not include additional products or services to change the look or add to the look. For instance, if you wanted thicker lashes, this would be an extra charge.

RETURNS
You can return your products (within 30 days of purchase) for store credit if they are unopened to Organik Laser & Beauty - Shop 10-2563 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach 4218, or contact us by email atΒ organiklaserandbeauty@gmail.comΒ or call 0487 204 833 to request authorization for the return. A copy of your invoice must accompany your return in order to receive credit. Credit cards refunds: please check with your bank terms and regulations, the refund should reflect in your bank account within a few business days.

GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards can be used toward any salon service and for the purchase of retail products. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Organik Laser & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen cards
