Rudeness - Organik Training Academy will not tolerate any rude comments, rude attitudes or being spoken down to by any students, If you choose to be unkind toward your trainer or any other student, you will be given a warning, and if you continue to behave this way, you will be asked to leave. 

Respect - Respect toward one another and our trainers is Essential in our salon. 

Timing - All students are required to show up on time, if you are running late, please contact our salon so we are aware of what is going on, also so we know that your ok. 

No Shows - If you do not show up to your course, you will be asked to finish in your own time. You will not be refunded as you have cost our business time and money for securing your spot in the course, and also the money we would have spent in materials and your kit. 
if an emergency has occurred, then we will negotiate a partial refund. 

Mobile phones - We don’t mind if you have your phone close by, but please have your phone on silent during your course.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a course space. Course Payment must be completed 2 weeks before your start date. This allows us enough time to send you your Welcome pack, kit and learning booklet. You must read your Training booklet before start date. All the information in booklets gives you model times, a little knowledge on course and other useful information needed for the course duration.  
All courses at Organik Training Academy are non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, changing your mind before or during the course, or, cancelling your booked course. In the event you are unable to attend the course dates you are enrolled for, we will offer you alternative dates to reschedule. 
Organik Training Academy require 2 weeks notice in order to do this, giving us the opportunity to offer other waiting students your space on the course. Rescheduled courses are to be re-booked and completed within 8 weeks of the original course date. Late cancellations of your course dates may incur a fee.

For the safety of clients and for the reputation of Organik Training Academy and our industry, We take certification of completion very seriously. Certification is not guaranteed and is only given upon satisfactory completion of required models. Whilst almost all of Organik Training Academy students complete the course and leave with their certification of completion, in the unlikely event students are not at the level of industry standards, Orgnaik Training Academy trainers have the right to hold back on signing students off and request additional training is undertaken.

If you are with a job provider, they may be able to help assist with funding for this course.

• Hair should be tied back as you will be hovering over clients.

classic Set - Classic lashes are individually applied on a 1:1 ratio onto the natural lash, this is perfect for those who are looking for a subtle and simple eye enhancement. The great thing about classic lashes is how they can fit into your everyday routine, there is a classic lash material and style for everyone.

Hybrid Set - Hybrid lashes are a mixture of both classic lashes and volume lashes, 50:50 . Choosing hybrid eyelash extensions gives you the best of both worlds. People love it because it offers a wispy, natural lash line with a little drama. The look is achieved by mixing classic lashes and volume lashes placed strategically to frame the eyes.

Volume Set - Volume eyelash extensions offer you a full, fluffy, falsies look for some serious glamour. Volume lashes come in pre-made volume, which is great for beginner lash artists, and russian volume, which we teach in our advanced masterclass. Volume lashes involve applying a “fan” of lash extensions to one lash. So, instead of the 1:1 ratio of classic lashes, you may have a 1:3 or 1:5. This is how the luxurious volume is achieved!

With the beauty industry growing, and the demand for people who can provide beauty treatments through the roof, there’s plenty of opportunities to get your own beauty business going, but how do you get yourself out there?

We cover all the essential information, such as setting up an ABN, insurance, creating a brand for yourself, pricing your services and getting new clients!

Once you become qualified in Eyelash Extensions, you can leave your course and start lashing clients straight away. You will have enough products in your kit to do up to 10 clients (minus the 4 clients you lash during the course)

We understand things can happen, people get sick or your children need attending to. No Stress - If you miss a day of training, you will be required to catch up on the day you missed in your own time before we can issue you your certificate.

Sometimes we all need that little extra training to get our technique right. Organik Training Academy will be with you all the way through your training. Once you have completed your course and you still feel like you need help, please contact us so we can help you with anything you need. 

Our Beginners Eyelash Extension Course will have you leaving the course feeling confident!

This can happen during your course, sometimes models just don't turn up or they run very late. 

Organik Training Academy require you to do 4 x models in order to complete your course and receive your certificate. If your model does a No show, then you will have to complete a model at home and send us your completed work at organiktrainingacademy@gmail.com

I have my cert 4 in Training and Assessment, But you do not need to be a registered trainer to teach eyelash extensions as the industry is not regulated in QLD. So you can become qualified in eyelash extensions, and start training students yourself. 

We Recommend that you gain a few years of experience in doing eyelash extensions before you pass on knowledge to your students. It wouldn't be fair to charge students money to be trained when you don't have much experience or knowledge yourself. 

As a trainer, I have 5 years experience in the lash industry and 4 years experience in the beauty industry and hold recognised qualifications in 

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy

- Nationally Recognised qualification in Eyelash Extensions 

- Qualification in hair & makeup 

- Full licence with Queensland Health for Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Superficial capillary reduction and Tattoo Removal. 

- Qualified Cosmetic Tattoo artist and Microblading.

- Qualifications in all Body Contouring treatments
