Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and No Mascara. If you arrive to your appointment with dirty lashes, your Cluster Lashes will not adhere to your natural lashes as well, which will cause retention issues. 
Although we do a Quick cleanse before every new set & infill - We do NOT do deep cleanses enough to remove your mascara, especially waterproof mascara. 

Please also ensure you are arriving to your appointment on time. Our Salons are very busy so we can only allow a grace period of no longer than 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will have to reschedule.

1. Avoid Water for the First 24 Hours

• Don’t wash your face or expose your lashes to steam (e.g., hot showers, saunas) during this time.
• Water can weaken the glue before it sets fully.

2. Be Gentle Around Your Eyes

• Avoid rubbing, tugging, or pulling at your lashes.
• Don’t use cotton pads or wipes that can snag on the clusters.

3. Skip Oil-Based Products

• Oil breaks down lash glue.
• Use oil-free makeup removers, cleansers, and moisturizers near your eyes.

4. Avoid Mascara

• Cluster lashes are already thick and dramatic—mascara can cause clumping or premature fallout.
• If absolutely needed, only apply a light coat to the tips, and never use waterproof formulas.

5. Sleep on Your Back

• Sleeping face-down or on your side can crush or dislodge the clusters.
• Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction.

6. Clean Gently (if Needed)

• Use a damp cotton swab to gently clean around the lash line.
• Do not soak the lashes or use force.

7. No Lash Curlers

We can’t glue your old clusters back on for you because our clinic stands by our safe practices and infection control policy.

No, we can’t do this for you because they have been used, we don’t want to risk any infections from using an already used product. Even though it come from your own eyes, we still want to make sure your leaving our clinic infection free, without the stress of potentially causing you to have an infection from an already used lash cluster.
