Policies

SALON POLICIES
By booking a service appointment or training course with Dripped Nail Bar, you agree to the following policies:

DEPOSIT POLICY:
In order to secure your appointment, we require a non refundable deposit to be paid for each service you book for that specific appointment. The deposit amount is payable on the next screen and will be taken off the total amount at your appointment.

β€’If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forwarded to the new appointment time if you wish to reschedule a new date at the time of cancellation.
β€’If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee to cover our costs and losses.
β€’A grace period of 5 minutes is accepted (as we are usually booked back to back) your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled if you are late.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Information collected from Dripped Nail Bar’s booking page or website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.

REFUND POLICY:
Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:
Services received cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us to be able to return to the salon, so your provided services can be visually inspected. If found we are at fault, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by scheduling you in for another appointment at no charge to you.

NAIL ENHANCEMENT POLICY:
We will not be responsible for any breaking, chipping, lifting or infected nails. If you damage the original design a charge will apply for repairs. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind. We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of the damage that you have caused. For example, due to your own lack of care for your nails, or the finish to your nails, Overdue nails, are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).

TRAINING COURSE POLICIES:
Our in person and online training courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. Non-refundable deposits are required to be paid a the time of booking in a training course to cover our scheduled time and also to order your training kits/supplies that are included in the course. The date of your training course may be rescheduled if suitable without loss of your deposit. If you decide to cancel your training course, your deposit is forfeited. If you are unhappy with the training course once completed, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will remedy the issue that you were unhappy with to your satisfaction. The supplies included in your training course kit are non-refundable and non-replaceable unless broken/damaged when opened.
